We strictly observe copyright at all times both to respect the hard work and creativity of designers and to protect their designs.

The designs we use are either our own or are used with the express permission of the copyright owner. Copying of any material from this website is forbidden without our express prior approval.

Where you supply material for us to work with (including photos, graphics and logos) or where you ask us to work on an existing website not designed by us, we accept your instructions on the understanding that you have the right to use the material or design. We may ask you to certify that you have the right to use the material or design. You generally own the copyright where you have taken the photo or produced the design yourself or you may have permission from the person who owns the copyright to use the material or design.

Most websites can legitimately make use of thousands of free graphics and photos which are readily available on the Internet. We will be happy to advise on how to do this whilst respecting copyright requirements.

Suitable Content

We will not, under any circumstances, design websites for, supply material to or allow our designs or material to be used by any individual, group or organisation promoting, publishing or distributing or seeking to promote, publish or distribute content which is unlawful, pornographic, obscene or offensive ("unsuitable content"). Examples of such unsuitable content would include racially offensive content, explicit nudity and anything designed to cause harassment or distress.

We will not knowingly link to websites or networks of websites which contain unsuitable content.

Our original designs will not contain unsuitable content. However, once the design has been purchased, customers have the right to make alterations to suit their needs. In order to protect our reputation, we will ask for an assurance that no unsuitable content will be added to the design at a later date.

Please contact us immediately if you become aware of any failure to comply with this section of our policy so that we can take appropriate action promptly.

Accuracy of Content

We will endeavour to ensure that the finished website design is error free. However, you are responsible for checking the website for accuracy and you should notify us immediately if you find an error.

We accept the material you supply for us to work with on the understanding that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of that material.

Our Design Approach

We always look at designing a website entirely from the customer's point of view. This means we will not try to sell you anything you don't want or don't need.

We are always happy to advise on what can be achieved using the latest techniques, but we ensure that you receive great value for money by allowing you to keep control of what goes into your website and how much you spend.

Charitable Donations & Discounts

We are delighted to offer a range of discounts. We enthusiastically support the charity and voluntary sector and "not for profit" organisations, including charities, voluntary groups, schools and clubs can take advantage of our special rates.

We also donate 10% of our profits and 10% of the income earned from the use of our "off the peg" photos directly to our nominated charity.

Privacy

We respect privacy and confidentiality in everything we do. We do not pass on details of our customers or of the enquiries we receive to any third parties for any reason without the specific approval of the individual or organisation concerned.

We would usually only seek this approval to add details of a completed website to the examples of our work section of our website. Inclusion in this section is entirely optional, but we hope that websites listed in this section can only benefit from additional visits.

Limitation of Liability

We are confident that the service we provide is of a high standard. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us. Without limiting any of the above provisions, we shall not be liable to you or your organisation for any incidental or consequential loss or for any special or punitive damages, or lost profits or royalties arising from your agreement with us or any goods or services provided by us, whether directly or by a third party on our behalf, including breach of warranty or obligation.

We ask you to allow us to include a discreet banner link on one of your main pages as part of our design. The banner looks like this:-
